Ecotone House designs are composed of a fully conditioned, high performance building envelope and a semi-conditioned exterior shell structure. The conditioned space excels in air quality, thermal comfort and energy efficiency while the semi-conditioned space provides an indoor / outdoor transition zone offering cover from sun, wind and rain with panoramic views of the house’s natural surroundings.

The house can be tailored to suit your needs with a palette of square footage and layout options. Available in 1250 sq ft for a 2 or 3 bed + 2 bath configuration and 2500 sq ft for a 4 or 5 bed + 3 bath configuration. Exterior structure available in an East porch extension, West porch extension or East + West porch extension.
